In line with Government advice, most groups and organisations in the city have had to take the unfortunate decision to suspend face to face and group work activities. Please telephone or email the contacts listed for the group or organisation if you are interested in their work to check what alternative arrangements might be available or to find out about alternative groups or services in your area.

Day care for older people who prefer to continue living in their own home but need some support during the day.

- Tuesday & Wednesday's are for frail older adults.
- Thursdays are specifically for older people 65+ suffering from dementia and physical disabilities.

Entrance Requirements:
Age 50+ from Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani & Mauritian communities.

Education activities
Various talks on health, social welfare and housing.

Recreational activities:
Activities include, reminiscence, games, gentle exercise, yoga, massage, trips and outings plus arts and crafts. We also take an active part in celebrating the major festivals of the four communities.

Is provided to those elderly who cannot use public transport or have a disability.
