Being an amazingly rewarding activity, you will get to learn how to move, balance and control your body, in extremely friendly and fun environment surrounded by a bunch of wonderful people!
CAPOEIRA FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS
A great class to try Capoeira for the very first time, no matter what your current level of physical fitness is.
We cover all aspects of Capoeira including technique, body balancing, coordination, mobility, strength and flexibility. Here, you’ll try your first handstand!

CAPOEIRA FOR INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Students who already possess fundamental knowledge of Capoeira are welcome to join. Here we expand on basic concepts and explore more advanced movements, techniques and acrobatics. On those classes we also focus more on music aspect of Capoeira too.
