Establishing a healthy diet can be a real challenge. It can seem expensive to buy healthy food and often we lack the skills to cook nutritious recipes. Our volunteers can help. They work with clients to give them cooking skills to enable them to cook simple, but nutritious recipes. Classes are very popular with both volunteers and clients.
Our cooking courses are free, run regularly and are open to adults aged 16+.
