ReFresh is a bespoke pathway to boost your confidence, learn new skills and gain practical work experience in a workplace setting.
This includes:
- 1:1 support
- Group work sessions and qualifications – SQA level 3 & 4 and access to an Adult Achievement Award.
ReFresh is for anyone of working age who may face barriers to employment and would like to re-engage, build confidence, develop skills and get valuable work experience.
Our program includes a combination of 1-1 guidance and group work sessions focusing on developing confidence, interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork skills.
Participants will learn how to put these skills into practice within Fresh Start services – Warehouse, Garden, PAT testing, Community Kitchen, Homewares Shop and Community Pantry.
