What is Taekwon-Do?
Taekwon-Do literally means Foot (Tae) Hand (Kwon) Art (Do) - the Art of Hand and Foot fighting. Taekwon-Do is a Korean Martial art. The Founder of Taekwon-Do was General Choi Hong Hi. The name Taekwon-Do was given to this fighting art on 11th April 1955 by Gen Choi.
Little Tiger Cubs
Is a ground breaking exercise programme for children 3-5 years old. Our unique classes are the perfect way to prepare your child for school, equipping them with confidence and with the necessary life skills to help them achieve their potential. These tailored classes feature a variety of simple, fun, and engaging training exercises, loosely based on the teaching attributes of martial arts.
What Happens when our Little Tiger Cubs grow up?
In the same way that our children progress from nursery education to primary school, our Little Tiger Cubs will continue their journey by Graduating to the next stage of their martial arts journey into our Active Tigers Taekwon-Do Programme.
We also run a Family class on Mondays.
