COVID-19 UPDATE...

We know that it can be difficult to adjust to life with a long term condition, and that at the present time many people’s existing supports may not be available, making this even more challenging. We're also here for people struggling with Long Covid.

We provide remote self-management support, particularly for individuals who are struggling to manage their health condition in the current climate.

Support offered - online group-based Mindfulness course

Get support from us...

You can self-refer or be referred by a health or social care practitioner, by emailing emma.hollands@thistle.org.uk or by calling 07552 277416.

Normal service details...

- Reduces feelings of stress, worry and depression
- Helps with chronic pain, high blood pressure and poor immune system

We don’t assess or judge you - and both our support and our courses are completely free.
