Buggy Gym – work out, meet other parents, bring your baby. BuggyGym is perfect for mums to help with postnatal health and fitness.

Fitness class for mums is not only a time off from their daily responsibilities but is also a great way to get back to their shape before pregnancy on a healthy way.

BuggyGym is a perfect combo to meet people, workout outdoors and indoors, get fresh air and have fun!

Classes are held in the morning, when mums are usually at home and older children are at school.

Join our sessions: Thursday, 9:30am - 10:30am.

B Active...It is important to stay active for your long term health benefit. People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities can benefit from being physically active. If you keep active after pregnancy you increase your chances of living longer and happier, you’ll feel better about yourself, sleep better at night and your body will be firmer and stronger.

Keep Active...Being physically active not only impacts your body; it has a huge impact on your mental health and wellbeing too. What you do with your body can have a powerful effect on your mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing means feeling good; both about yourself and the world around you. Evidence has shown there is a link between being physically active and good mental wellbeing. Being active doesn’t mean you need to join a gym or pound the streets running, there are lots of other ways of being active.

BuggyGym is perfect for mums to help with postnatal health and fitness, exercise with your baby in the buggy. We’ll be indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. Have fun getting fit, meet new mums and their babies.
