Covid-19 UPDATE..

Class available on Zoom or via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/bhealthytogether) and YouTube (https://bit.ly/2Oo63kJ)

Wednesdays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm

When you do a "sustainable" exercise, like going on a long run, your body uses less oxygen than when you push yourself to the max, as you do during high-intensity interval training.

And when you work out to the point where it's difficult to breathe (because your body is using more oxygen), your metabolism starts working at a higher level... THIS WILL HAPPEN ON OUR HIIT CLASS ON ZOOM.

B Active...

It is important to stay active for your long term health benefit. People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities can benefit from being physically active. If you keep active you increase your chances of living longer and happier, you’ll feel better about yourself, sleep better at night and your body will be firmer and stronger. At B Healthy together we provide fun ways of being active that involve others; walking group, seated exercise, buggy gym, family fit sessions and other fun activities such as Caribbean dance!

Keep Active...

Being physically active not only impacts your body; it has a huge impact on your mental health and wellbeing too. What you do with your body can have a powerful effect on your mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing means feeling good; both about yourself and the world around you. Evidence has shown there is a link between being physically active and good mental wellbeing. Being active doesn’t mean you need to join a gym or pound the streets running, there are lots of other ways of being active, even dancing around your house, gardening, walking etc.

HIIT...

HIIT – high intensity interval training – is a form of exercise that has been proven to boost metabolism, build strength and pack in the same benefits of lower and moderate intensity aerobic workouts in a much shorter time.

If you can't make it down for the class, join in online live at https://www.facebook.com/bhealthytogether.
