Social isolation is a growing problem in this area. If you are lonely you are not alone. We bring people together to participate in an activity so that they can connect around a positive shared interest. We bring people together to volunteer as this gives people the opportunity to present a positive and proactive self-imagine meeting with others. We bring people together for exercise classes as can be easier for people who have trouble connecting as you don’t need to find the right words to say. We bring people together to share a meal as helps to create an equality, we all need to eat, we all have something to contribute.

Come and join us for a free, short health walk at a gentle pace with a trained walk leader - get fit, meet new people & have fun!
The walks take place regularly and explore different local areas.
Some of the walks are wheelchair accessible.
So, why not join us for a short local walk, a great way to stay active, get fresh air, make new friends and enjoy your local area.
Sociable group taking a 1 hour local walk, route varies.
We meet and leave from our shop.
