Not got much time to exercise?
Duo is 30 mins of fun exercise and you can bring your child too, who will play alongside the group at the same time, so they can see exercise is a natural part of family life.
Suitable for anyone of any fitness ability.
You don’t need to be a gym member.
We work out in pairs to encourage each other – and make new friends!
Sessions run at Xercise4Less Edinburgh Gym, Wester Hailes.
