Our health and wellbeing practitioners and management team has moved to home-based, remote working and we are keeping in touch with people currently using our service.
At present, we are maintaining a provision of 1:1 telephone support.
Group-based Lifestyle Management, mindfulness and exercise-based support options are postponed while we set up online platforms.
We will continue to provide ongoing self-management support, particularly for individuals who, without our support, may move to access health and social care resource. Given the restrictions on our service, we are unlikely to be able to offer prolonged support at this time.
We continue to offer support remotely - both online and over the phone.
We know that it can be difficult to adjust to life with a long term condition, and that at the present time many people’s existing supports may not be available, making this even more challenging.
We're also here for people facing the challenge of post-viral fatigue syndrome as a result of COVID-19.
