5 Rhythms...
5 Rhythms® is a dance practice, a dynamic moving meditation, where we explore how our body wants to move, how our emotions move through our body, how our stories show up in our dance, so that as we dance, we explore how, and who, we truly are.
A dynamic form of moving meditation. There are no steps to learn, simply drop into your body, listen to the music and follow the dance that unfolds.
