There are a variety of classes and groups who regular meet at The LifeCare Centre.

Move It or Lose It (60+)...
These are exercise classes for the over 60s and the focus is on Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength, set to music from all eras from the big band sounds of the 40s, through the rock and roll of the 50s, the rat pack of the 60s, groovy sounds from the 70s and sometimes we even go as far as the 80s, 90s and beyond.
If you don’t like exercise but know that the benefits of exercise are huge then please come and try us out.
Some people remain seated throughout the class and others challenge their balance more by standing and all are welcome regardless of their current fitness levels.
It’s a fun class and starts your week on a good note!
Your first class is free and after that classes cost £5.
