There are a variety of classes and groups who regular meet at The LifeCare Centre.

Biodanza Dance Classes...
Biodanza, originally from South America, is a system of human communication and social integration using movement and dance to express our unique identity and our shared human connection, for wellbeing, personal development and holistic health.
Classes
Communicating non-verbally, through dance, we are able to connect and express ourselves in a way that is often difficult with words.
Regular classes enable us to come together, and to co-create a safe environment forming affective, loving connections, that help us to accept and be accepted by other people.

- One off class £12.50 (on the night)
Block bookings (consecutive weeks)
- £42: 4 weeks
- £81: 9 weeks/full term
These classes are only open to those with previous experience of Biodanza
(at least one class of Biodanza or workshop is necessary)
