Grow and Create...
There is a growing body of evidence to support the link between creativity and physical and mental wellbeing. Creative groups can help us in many ways:
- Expressing and managing emotions
- Distracting us from stress and anxiety
- Giving a sense of meaning and purpose
- Giving a sense of achievement and self worth
- Relaxing and enjoying the here and now
- Improving our awareness of the world around us

Read On!...
Books have been a life saver for many people over lockdown and reading can help us put aside our worries and escape to another world for a while. And when you read a good book - isn't it great to talk about it with a friend - compare notes, share a laugh, or a tear? This monthly group will encourage you to try different kinds of books that you might not otherwise have thought of reading. Or if you are not currently a reader this is a great way to start. A small, friendly, monthly group and the books are provided by Health All Round so there is absolutely no cost attached.
A wonderful way to try new and different kinds of books, and to meet new people who also like to read. This Zoom group meets on the first Thursday of every month 5:30pm - 7:00pm.
We provide the books so there is no cost at all.
