Online Life Coaching: One-to-one support to help you achieve personal or professional goals and address current challenges. Every Wed - £10 per session for people in receipt of benefits - £25 per session if you are working.
Heads Up...
We know that life can be challenging and sometimes those challenges can seem relentless. You might feel that you are all on your own with your problems, or you might feel like you are in a rut and not able to cope for much longer, or only cope by doing the things that don’t actually help – like eating more, or drinking more, or maybe hiding away from people.
The good news is that you are not on your own and help is available - here at Health All Round - and If we can’t help with your particular issues, we can tell you about other good quality services available in Edinburgh (and there are lots of them!)
We will help you to decide the best way forward when you come in and register for our Heads Up service.
Who can benefit?
Anyone experiencing issues such as:
- Low mood/ Depression
- Anxiety & Panic

- Difficulty maintaining relationships

Life Coaching...
Coaching offers you dedicated time and space to develop strategies to achieve personal or professional goals or address current challenges you are experiencing. The core premise of coaching is that people are capable and resourceful and have great capacity for change and growth within themselves.
Our fully trained coach has a toolbox of questions and processes that help generate self-discovery but, beyond that, will always be in your corner offering a supportive, non-judgemental (but where appropriate challenging) environment to explore the changes you want to make. It is a collaborative relationship offering a safe haven where you identify your goals then design and implement action plans to achieve them.
How do I access Head's Up services?
To register for any Heads Up service please ring Maysoon on 07849 136 944 or 0131 337 1376. You will be asked to complete an assessment of your needs and mental wellbeing. It usually takes about half an hour to register. Please ring at the following times:
Monday, 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Wednesday, 10:00am - 2:00pm
How much does it cost?
There is no cost for the Heads Up courses or workshops but donations are appreciated.
For counselling, ecotherapy, life coaching and hypnotherapy, the following charges apply:
- For people in receipt of benefits - No charge
- For those who are working part time £15.00 per session
- For those who are working full time £25.00 per session
- Fast track service £40.00 per session (limited availability)
